Please submit your booth drawings by email to vivselectindia.plans@blue-lemon.net before 20 March 2026. As organizers, VNU created a list with some Recommended stand contractors with proven experience. You are of course, free to work with other stand builders, should you prefer.

The main contact person is automatically added to the VISIT CONNECT event platform and will receive an email to activate their account. After activation, stand staff can be added via the ‘Team’ tab by clicking ‘Add staff’. If the main contact is attending the event, they must also add themselves as a team member to receive a personal QR code. Each registered team member will receive a confirmation email with their QR code, which gives access to the trade show floor.

Please download the VISIT CONNECT app before arriving. Your QR code and a preview of your badge can be found in the app by clicking the person icon in the top right corner. However, all exhibitors must still collect their physical badge at the Exhibitor Registration Counter, where the QR code will be scanned to print the badge.

All stand crew must wear an exhibitor badge during the exhibition. Badges can be collected at the Exhibitor Registration Counter from 21 April after 11:00 am and during the event days. Access to the hall before 17:00 on 21 April is restricted due to ongoing stand construction. However, exceptions can be made for exhibitors who are wearing the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
